At Healy PC
we've tried to diversify our services so we can accomodate a number of things
to make your life less complicated. From business cards to new systems,we
offer many things other computer retailers don't. With specialties in new
systems, graphic and web design, digital photography and more, Healy PC is
focused on service.
Our Services
Faxing
We can help you with sending or receiving a fax. We can fax locally,
nationwide and internationally.
LOCAL FAX: $1.50
LONG DISTANCE: $3.00 first four pages.
(Add .25 for each additional page.)
INTERNATIONAL: $5.00 first four pages.
(Add $1.00 for each additional page.)
Copies And Printing
There are different options and pricing regarding copies and printing. We
have laser printers, both black and white as well as color. We have a regular
color laser copy machine and regular ink jet printers. Pricing varies due to
which machine you will need to utilize. You will always be assisted while
making copies. No worries!
Scanning
We also have scanners available to you. We do the scanning for you. Again,
charges vary due to the type of job you need for us to do. If you need to
scan family photos but would like the tint adjusted or it needs some minor
improvement such as dust spots removed, we can do this for an added fee.
Simply inquire with us regarding your needs for the cost. Please note that we
do not copy or scan professionally taken photos.
Computer Repair Rates-In Store
Healy PC charges a flat fee per hour of $40.00.
We repair systems on a first come, first serve basis. We do have a rush
service which you will need to request when dropping off your system. There
is an additional cost of $25.00 for us to try and get your system to you
within 48 hours. We do our best to do this, however, it is dependent upon
the type of repair your PC may need. This fee is negotiable between you and
the technician due to time constraints and technical interuptions.
Computer Repair Rates-On Site
Healy PC charges a flat fee of $50.00 per hour for on-site repair and
maintenance. If the distance is greater than ten miles out side of the city
limits of El Dorado Springs, we charge an additonal travel fee of $1.00 per
mile. We welcome business inquiries regarding maintenance contracts. Please
call to inquire about seperate fees for continual services.
